YOGA

Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. Yoga offers Meditation and exercises to improve your flexibility and breathing, decrease stress and maintain your health. Yoga is based on the idea that the mind and body are one. Components of Yoga are proper breathing and a series of postures that stretch the body, relax the muscles and bring clarity to the mind.
